Saskatoon — where to look

Areas near the University of Saskatchewan (Varsity View, Sutherland) suit students; Nutana and City Park are central and walkable; Stonebridge and Evergreen are newer and family-friendly.

Regina — where to look

Cathedral and the Warehouse District are central and characterful; Harbour Landing and the east end are newer; areas near the University of Regina suit students.

Where to search

Most listings are on Rentals.ca, Kijiji, PadMapper, and local Facebook Marketplace and rental groups. Watch for scams — never send a deposit before seeing the unit.
