1. Took pictures
2. Filed a claim on SGI

3. Report to Police Station, upload your footage and images.

4. SGI will call you to arrange the designated repair place and send a email to you, you can attach the videos and images if you have. (Highly recommend to install the dashcam.)

5. Police might call you to ask more things.

6. A person from SGI call me again said they found the person who hit my car so this person will need to pay my deductible.
SGI: I am pleased to let you know that you will not have to pay your deductible (Highly recommend to install the dash cam.). This accident will not affect your safety rating under the Safe Driver Recognition program.
Take away
1. Install the front and rear dash cam.
2. Everything go with SGI, basically police couldn't help much on this kind of situation.
